Our north star
It's simple: make behavioral health care easier to access and better to receive for everyone in California who needs it. To get there, we focus on the work counties shouldn't have to carry alone:
- Advocating for counties at the state level and translating federal and state directives into clear guidance.
- Providing better data and reporting tools, so counties can measure how well their programs are working.
- Supporting the administrative and financial functions that keep counties running efficiently.
